Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, France, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Ireland, Switzerland and Portugal.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

We offer free shipping on orders over 80.00 € .

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany)

We charge a flat shipping fee of 5.90 € per order .

Deliveries abroad

Different shipping costs apply to deliveries abroad.

For orders up to 80.00 € we charge country-specific shipping costs , as transport and logistics costs vary depending on the destination country.

For orders over 80.00 € we also offer free shipping abroad.

The applicable shipping costs for your delivery country will be displayed transparently in the shopping cart before you complete your order .

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery country and are usually between 8.00 € and 20.00 € for orders under 80.00 €.

For deliveries to Switzerland , there is a minimum order value of CHF 377 .

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 2-7 days , and for deliveries abroad, 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment).

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

If you choose self-collection, we will inform you by email when your order is ready and provide details on collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details regarding payment

The invoice amount is payable within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
